Body languages and facial expressions are gauges of trust. Researches have conducted a scientific study which featured a slight raise of an eyebrow and a smile. In essence, these expressions denote friendliness and confidence in yourself. Similarly, there's a new study which says that an individual's intelligence is based on how his or her face reacts. For instance, a narrow-nosed person is said to be brilliant. In addition, joyful persons are perceived to be more intellectually-stimulating than those who are always angry. What about our eyes? Since time immemorial, these are dubbed as the windows of our soul. Your sense of sight will always reveal what you are thinking about.
Eye movements reveal a person's inner emotions.
Body languages and facial expressions such as an eye gaze has different meanings. If a person has an interest in you, his or her eyes are directly looking at you. However, a prolonged eye contact might indicate that somebody is threatening you. Meanwhile if the eyes are moving to and fro, we tend to hide our real feelings. Although blinking is a natural eye movement, you need to take note of its and frequency. People who are distressed are blinking their eyes rapidly. Infrequent movements are associated with deliberate eye control. Furthermore, eye pupil and its size convey non-verbal gestures of arousal most especially if these organs are highly-dilated.
Dilated pupils mean arousal.

Our characterizing body language and facial expressions include diverse mouth movements. People who are biting their lower lip might be worried or having irrational fears. Covering it without an apparent reason could be a sign of covering your feelings of disapproval. Did you know that certain smiles have worth-knowing psychological interpretations? Pursed lips or its tightening correspond to distaste or the non-approval of a person or situation. Turned up lips are signifying that you are extremely happy. On the other hand, if these are slightly pointing downwards you are feeling sad and feels so much grimace.
Mouth movements could be signs of fears and insecurities.
Gestures as parts of body languages and facial expressions are the most obvious body movements. Some of these are influenced by a specific culture. But, for each country their meanings differ from one another like in the United States. A clenched fist resonates solidarity or anger. Disapproval or its opposite is shown through a thumbs up or thumbs down hand gestures. The okay gesture of your hand is exhibited by touching altogether the index finger and your thumb to form a circle. In some parts of Europe, the above mentioned gesture says that a person is a good for NOTHING creature. Peace among people of different races is signified by the V-sign. For British and Americans, this V-shaped gesture has an offensive connotation when the back of their hand is facing outwards.
OK hand gesture means NOTHING in some countries.

These non-verbal types of information could be even more qualifying because these are your darkest secrets from within that conveys your genuineness through your subconscious state of mind. Try to unmask yourself visually and see how others perceive your overall personality with or without judgment and prejudice involved.
