Personality Development and How Does it Work to Make You Unique?

Personality development is always unique and transcending for each one of us. How did it all begin to create within us an adaptable being regardless of our present environment and situation?  Once developed, it works in many mysterious ways. A well-read article of Psychological Review written by Carol Dweck has proposed that one's personality revolves around his or basic and psychological needs. The holistic constitution of personality gives us the opportunity to predict the world that we live in. Competence building is another essential element in  knowing who you are through your actions and behaviors. It magnificently transforms us into social beings. One of the ultimate goals of shaping our real image is the unconditional acceptance of others.

Personality development begins in early childhood.

During infancy, personality development in babies creatively gives rise to brilliant and voracious learners to realize their need for relevant information. At an early age, they are trying to meet their needs to build beliefs about the world or environment that they belong. Their beliefs, emotions and action tendencies are stored within them. These are aptly known as BEAT's. BEAT's are accumulated experiences to successfully meet their needs. Conclusively, they play a very essential role for a well-rounded personality.  Accordingly, these have two main parts: The visible and invisible components.

Personality develops into invisible and visible components.

The invisible part of personality development constitutes NEEDS and BEAT's.  It perfectly moulds who you are, this is perceived to be a key player in the formation of a visible element in nurturing your personality. A visible persona takes it course to combine BEAT's and NEEDS in order to create our actual goals in life. In conclusion, BEAT's have strong effects on the visible part of human personality.  Temperament is also included in a versatile persona. For instance, if a child feels threatened, another need emanates. It is the  need for predictability which is much stronger than others.

Children's personality is the basic foundation to become a better person.

Most importantly, personality development creates motivations and not just traits alone to promote human growth without biases and regrets.
