There are two types of perfectionism. The healthy and unhealthy one. To differentiate, a healthy perfectionist is a person with a strong motivational force behind an achievement. It features an innate need of successful people particularly athletes, celebrities and the likes. On the other hand, its opposite is self-destructive in nature. It is a conflicting attitude between productivity and being obsessive. Do you consciously do these things without reservations? Read on and ponder? Well, if you do, you tend to be a perfectionist.
