An active lifestyle of busy people is prone to constant stress which results in helplessness, feelings of disillusion and extreme exhaustion. Perhaps, burnout is killing you without any warning. Recognize pertains to the close monitoring of its sign and symptoms before it's too late. Reverse is your ability to undo the damage by seeking the help of family and friends. Resilience talks about strengthening your overall well-being to handle stress effectively by taking good care of your body and emotional health. Develop your social interaction skills to calm down your CNS or Central Nervous System. Do not hesitate to talk to those people who are close to you. Your family and friends are the most trusted support groups. Try to be more sociable by hanging out with friends. Turn off your mobile phone once in a while  and have a well-deserved vacation trip.
